What’s included in each Snail Mail Edition ?
Each Snail Mail edition includes:
- An A5 art print
- An A6 postcard
- An envelope for the postcard
- A sticker sheet (min. 4 stickers) or die-cut stickers (min. 3)
- A card featuring a French word or expression
- A letter from the artist
- Theme-printed wrapping paper
How much does the shipping cost ?
Shipping is included in the membership price, so there is no additional fee at checkout.
I made a mistake while placing my order, what do I do ?
You can always edit your address, contact and billing in your account.
When will my order ship ?
Orders are shipped at regular intervals throughout the month. A notification is sent when your order is on its way.
What countries do you ship to ?
The French Post Snail Mail Club is available internationally.
What countries do you NOT ship to ?
Some destinations are excluded due to embargos imposed by the United Nations and the European Union. For this reason, La Poste, as a French company subject to European regulations, cannot ship to North Korea, Syria, Crimea, and Sevastopol.
Other destinations are currently unavailable for geopolitical reasons: Yemen, Russia, Belarus, and Haiti.
If postal conditions change and shipping to any of these destinations becomes possible again, the website will be updated and the products will be available in those newly eligible countries.
Where can I track my order shipping ?
Shipments for the Snail Mail Club are untracked to keep shipping costs as accessible as possible.
How long does the delivery take ?
According to the French postal service, the estimated delivery time for an international letter depends mainly on the destination and the local postal service:
• 4 to 5 business days for the European Union;
• 7 business days (for most destinations) to several weeks (for the most remote regions).
When is the current month's edition cut off ?
The current month's cut off is on the 23rd. As long as you order before or on the 23rd, you will get the current's month edition. If you order on the 24th or after, you will receive the following month's edition.
I only discovered "The French Post" today and wish to purchase the previous editions. Is it possible ?
Past editions may be available while supplies last.
I changed my mind. Can I get a refund ?
Because each print is made to order and personalised with the recipient’s name, all sales are final and returns, exchanges, or cancellations are not possible.
I want to cancel my subscription.
Subscription cancellations are possible at any time, until the shipping confirmation email has been issued.
If the shipping confirmation email has already been sent, the cancellation will be applied starting with the next month.
